As active real estate investors, we have seen a need in the marketplace for a lendor that understands the needs of today's active real investor.

Atticus LeBlanc

Atticus is one of the co-founders of Stryant Investments, LLC and Stryant Construction, Inc.  The companies were also co-founded by Stan Sugarman  in 2009 with the purpose of finding distressed or undervalued real estate investments in the metro Atlanta area since they had individually been pursuing opportunities since 2007.  Since 2009, the investment company has acquired  more than 490 multifamily units, 75 single family homes and 4 commercial properties in the metro area, while Stryant Construction has completed almost $4 million in residential and multifamily renovation projects during that period.

Based on their performance in improving local communities during the real estate crisis, they were selected by the city of Atlanta’s Bureau of Housing to be a partner in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) in 2009.  Under the NSP program, the principals have purchased and redeveloped 22 units in southwest Atlanta and have operated as a general contractor for an additional 10 units.

Prior to co-founding Stryant, Mr. LeBlanc managed the acquisition, rehab, and management for several private partnerships in acquiring distressed single family and multifamily properties in Atlanta.  He previously worked as a commercial real estate broker with Apache Capital, LLC focusing on commercial and multifamily land transactions nationwide and in Puerto Rico.  He also served as a Real Estate Manager at RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc, one of the 50 largest private companies in the US.  At RaceTrac, Mr. LeBlanc developed a formula to evaluate new potential real estate locations using characteristics and performance of existing store locations.  As a result of his findings, Mr. LeBlanc was charged with the selection and initial approval of all new sites for the company.
